No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

MemberI believe he died in a mental institution, his symptoms point towards schizophrenic (edit: other sources say Asperger's syndrome however that doesn't completely explain the hallucinations), besides that he also has great influence into how people perceived cats. For awhile people had a lot of negative perceptions but his art significantly challenged that preconceived notion.
