No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

MemberBecause GIFs are obsolete, have terrible perceptual compression, and are heavily limited in framerate/resolution/time. Looping videos are better in every way.

MemberIt is indeed the storage issue. It's the reason a lot of social media sites actually turn a GIF into a short video file internally rather than storing the raw GIF.
