a bit of an intro:

My name's Ofir Sasson, I was diagnosed with BPD, yet i don't give that much of a regard these days. the struggle is what it is, be it with a definition or not. this short was made back in 2010, at a time i felt understood by the definition, bordered, and at home with it. i do believe the symptoms shown by Bill are universal to any human, but their aggressiveness and weight on functionality can make a very significant difference between common human traits and a serious disorder. i find great compfort and pride reading those of you who found comfort in this, and i thank each of you.

regarding the text, i have not fixed this blaring issue of the text ing by way too quickly, since it's an old short with life of its own by now. i am thinking though of maybe adding a new of the short with a solution to the titles issue.

As someone who has BPD, every day is struggle. You are not alone. You can get help and you can improve your quality of life. DBT therapy has done absolute wonders for my self and emotional control. Its not perfect, but I feel like im getting better every single day.

  • Thanks for this. I can just show this to people now instead of having to explain my whole deal when people have questions about me.

  • First time ever seeing this, I was diagnosed last year. Is there a way to permanently block out a specific intrusive word other than gaming, working, other hobbies. It’s really been bothering me for a while now :(

Unless it's said by one specific person, I don't think so.

There's a newer version at the source. Not much difference but you may want to check that one too.

It helps but if you not distracting yourself it's a hard pill to swallow.
