Considering when you touch both poles on the battery itself you don‘t conduct the electricity either since the voltage is too low for that. So unless both the jumpcables are so close to eachother yet too far to not have the electricity just jump across in a lightbow, you‘d be fine?
The amount of amps would easily damage your body instantly anyway if it was possible.
