No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

The arbitration shall be conducted exclusively in the English language, by a single neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA Rules.
Unless otherwise agreed to between you and us, the arbitration must physically take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, or, if you reside outside of the United States, in a mutually agreed-upon location or via remote means (for example only and without limitation, through video conferencing software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams), as permitted by the AAA rules.

”I’m NOT going to get mad,” Claire told herself as she wrung the pool’s water out of her formerly white shirt. It was clinging to her like a second skin. As Claire shifted in irritation, her jean’s fly popped open. Great, now she’d shrunk her clothes in this heat. What Claire really needed now was a nice, air conditioned mall, with pants that didn’t suddenly feel two sizes too small. Good thing there was nobody within miles to appreciate all the skin Claire was showing. Water dripped from her soaked hair. She glared as Maritza’s innocent poker-face cracked into a grin. A prickle of anger started to crawl across Claire’s skin.
“Hahahaha, you should see the look on your face!” Maritza snorted with laughter, her shoulders shaking as she rocked back and forth in mirth. “You look like a soaked cat! Hooo hoo hooo!” As she chortled, Maritza’s shaking form began to shift slightly. Her full figure was becoming fuller, and her nose flattened and widened a bit with each snort. “Bwuahahahaaaaa!” A button popped from her khaki top.
