...I just kinda miss when everything wasn't secondary to the art and presentation. It took us two years to get one-third of the way through a gym battle because it was the most epically-presented third of a gym battle in history. We'll all be long since dead and buried by the time we get to Queenie's backstory, let alone her and Anon finally boinking.

MemberHonestly my feelings exactly. I mean yeah, the comic is absolutely high quality with incredible art, but the pacing is absolutely awful lol. This comic has been going on for nearly 8 years and the last half or so has been the exact same thing over and over. They hang out, she panic in bed, they have a pokemon battle, he says she doesn't have to but she does, then she gets upset, neither of them get anywhere in regards to talking, and the cycle continues.
Like, has she even mentioned her past at this point? Again, it's been close to eight years. And considering the latest part is 6 months old I half expect one last go at updating the comic and then it just dies out before anything new is able to really happen.
