No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.
Subject to the prior written Notice of Dispute requirement above, either you or we may initiate arbitration by filing a demand for arbitration with the AAA, and paying the required filing fee, as set forth in the AAA Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted exclusively in the English language, by a single neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA Rules.

The United States Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this entire arbitration section.

I've had the janitor 'Mario' take down some of my posts in the past and when I tried talking to him about it, he got all snippy with me, claiming that I didn't read the ing guidelines and accusing me of wasting his time. BTW I did read the ing guidelines and my posts where well within the code.
I’m not sure what to do other then suck it up.

MemberLook i currently don't have the patience and time to sort that image out with the recent purge since i'm trying to find and preserve everything that's deleted that doesn't have any source or their sources are dead on alternative archives/websites.
Btw bro what was the need to delete part of this collection for apaprently being too human-like (if they were lone pics i'd get it) if you just confirmed it is okay if they're are part of a chain/pool that has non-humans/anthros on it?
Was it because i called you out and it drew the attention of another janitor? (says it was abadbird), Might as well delete the whole thing if it's gonna remain incomplete like that, sorry if i sound aggresive but i just hate how nonsensical and inconsistent this is to me.

MemberIt's BS like this that's making me consider abandoning this site. I’ve seen anthos deleted because the janitor had the opinion that it looked too human and people like you who think a pool shouldn’t exist if it doesn’t specifically tell a story. Can't we just look at nice pictures that are part of a set without half of them being deleted.
