HOWEVER, like you linked to in the description, acceptable promotional material are "those with artistic and entertainment value that far outweighs their nature to sell goods or services". While it is a funny bait and switch (for my stupid pea brain), having 4 seconds of animation then 40 seconds as ad would not really fit the bill, and quite understandably so.
Don't get me wrong, I genuinely LOVE your work, you're a great artist, but this is too much. Shortening the ad part, or lenghtening the actual animation part, could alleviate the issue... Maybe like Crittermatic/Sealled do, at the end of the animation, they promote their paid content with very blurry visuals that still get the idea across, as well as a little bit of description (like you did).
Anyway, whatever you end up doing, I hope you'll keep doing good stuff and that you'll enjoy making it <3
