Someone has a giant bladder

Just did a calculation based on an average US tub capacity of 70 gallons, and the average urine creation per hour output of a person at 0.0159 gallons, and since the tub here is only half full - taking into consideration the occupants displacement - roughly estimated it at 35 gallons.

So, it would take 2200 folks to fill the tub to this level for one pee event each, or if you had them go once and then again an hour later, 1100 folks...

You get the idea here though, one person with avg output could do it in 2200 hours, or roughly in 91.5 days.

At an average fur con by extension, you could get to that level if you had everyone in attendance there willing to pee on you in your tub in about 6 hours in the course of normal con hours, and will be slightly less if you started the pee party right as the evening room parties ramp up.

That case might be negated somewhat by the lost volume from the AB/DL faction that will not be visiting you in your tub, but thats a small loss generally.

As a further interesting aside - and I might be mistaken from a glancing reading on a paper covering something like urine precipitation over time on organic material like cotton... as the salts and acids precipitate and collect on organic material, IE fur, When the fur in the tub finally gets out and dries off by natural convection but not too slowly to allow the creation of ammonia, their crusted fur could be shaved and formed into a simple "gunpowder".
