MemberThe Mushroom, Paras is among the saddest pokemon in existence, right up there with Cubone. the Mushrooms are based VERY closely on the cordyceps fungus, otherwise known as the Zombie Spores, and the pokemon version is even more cruel than real life, because the insect that was paras is still faintly aware of what's going on around it, but it has no control over its body, it's empty eyes reflecting that the Fungus is the one in control.
