I have a feeling that the formula Twi made is imperfect. It will work on her and she'll make a ton of yoshi eggs after he nuts in her.
However, Kat will end up doing the same thing after that yoshi creams her and will lay a bunch of yoshi eggs, thus showing the formula will only help propagate yoshi.
Twi, however, is too far gone and just uses this to make an army of yoshi to wipe out Kit and Kat's contraceptive company while Kit and Kat basically use full body condoms to combat her.
Failed missions involve "Eggmaker" getting more yoshi while successful ones result in Eggmaker being stopped before that can happen.
