MemberIndeed, I neglected to mention the butter. Even fans of the stuff spread a small amount of it very thinly over a slice of heavily buttered toast, and may also broil some cheese on top of that for a very savoury treat.
You can also add it to things like soups and stews to enhance umami-ness, but it's a tad expensive to be practical for that purpose, when Worcestershire sauce or the shaker of MSG powder that I keep next to my S&P will do the job just fine.
