    Why do they think this is better? When you banish a criminal into jail, exile, or eternal void THEY CAN STILL GET OUT!

    Like, I get that people are against the death penalty sometimes for sensible reasons, but eternally preserving immortal-ish mass murderers is a mistake well known for allowing all the evil back out of the box (jar) when someone gets curious. How many phantom zone prison breaks do we need before someone decides you're better off making sure some problems don't get up again?

    , the leader of Gralo's clan said he was being put into stasis. Stasis is infinitely worse than prison. You aren't dead nor are you truly alive. You can sense time ing but you aren't affected by it. You age but at such a slow rate that you can be undead for eternity only to eventually die a true death due to having lived your lifetime but at a substantially slower rate. In other words, it's a prison sentence from which there is no escape nor pardon.
