Her beak and cloaca look strange... But the feather details are well handled.
Anyway, looking forward to your more about Rio's works!

  • I agree! The cloaca looks a little weird, though I do like everything else about this image. I swear I don’t see a lot good drawings of Jewel in her normal look, especially if it’s with Blu chained to her like in the film. A lot of the art of see of either of them they’re depicted as anthropomorphic. I don’t mind that to an extent but it does annoy me a bit when people don’t actually try drawing them in their original designs. I hope we get to see more of these two from you in the future because your style of these characters is one of my favorites.

I agree with your point of view. But every artist has more or less their own interpretations and alterations to the characters, without having to necessarily reproduce them down to the original.
So don't force them, it's in their best interest to remain neutral and encouraging.

However, this is just a point of view on the character's image, for the problems mentioned above such as "incorrectly drawn cloaca", I still hope that the artists can find some references to make their drawings a bit more realistic and natural.
After all, most of us came to E6 to see the Explicit content, but the first-class masterpieces might have made it to our favorites, as our own "Mona Lisa" to enjoy over and over again.😂
