No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

The arbitration shall be conducted exclusively in the English language, by a single neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA Rules.

MemberT-kay struggled with depression and motivation for many years. More than once, he privated some of his art s and nuked his artwork, then changed his mind and brought them back. 2 years ago, however, he announced that he was going to look for a new life or a restart, I can't recall the exact wording, then he shut down *almost* all of his s (i've found 1 or 2 he missed) and hasn't been seen since. Some of his friends in the community may be able to give more specific information, but he's ghosted all of them that I know of as well.
Maybe he'll come back some day, but my gut tells me nope. All we can do now is enjoy the artwork he left for us and hope that he is happy wherever he is.
