Any Notice of Dispute you send us will only be deemed delivered on the date actually delivered by an internationally recognized overnight delivery service such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and only if sent to us at the following address: 16845 N 29th Ave, PMB 212, Phoenix, AZ, 85053, USA.
No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

MemberWith everything that has happened over the last what...14 years? I can see someone bailing him out as a troll simply because they want to have the entertainment of what else he will do since there was no new drama from him while locked up.
Chris Chan is the only person I can simultaneously both despise and feel sorry for at the same time. Started out as simply someone cringe and odd and you could literally watch him become more unhinged as the strain built up during over a decade of relentless troll campaigns. He was obviously not great mentally before, but over time became became utterly deranged. I honestly believe he doesn't belong in prison as that won't do any good, this is a person who desperately needs to be institutionalized for his mental health, perhaps for life.
