'them' = Consortium of Cohorts (thought it might have meant the snake lady since no one refers to her pronouns)
'he' = Input (again thought it might be snake lady, plus Vibramare knows Crusader and Lass know Input from previous missions, so "You don't recognize him?" is confusing)
Can't have every reference be a proper noun, though, and it still works out in the end! Love seeing a big scaly gal even if she doesn't necessarily like our protagonists

MemberI really dig Timewinder's design I think giving her the lower snake half body was the right call as otherwise the legs would have made her more generically reptilian. I do like the robot arms idea but maybe save that for a more tech-themed snake hero/villian.
