MemberI disagree, because the Medic is a mad scientist who sees healing as an unintended side effect of his experiments, takes one of the most demanding jobs of the team, is essentially a thought class as he has more availability to observe the battle field and make calls to his team, and his ubercharges can be one of the most powerful assets of the team. Doesn't hurt that he wants to learn magic.
Fluttershy I like as the Sniper, because he generally avoids combat, has more connection to nature than any of the other mercs, typically stays pretty well hidden. His is probably one of the more relaxed jobs on the team as long as no one knows where he is.
Plus I can't see Fluttershy doing teleporter experiments on bread while Twilight sleeps, plays cards, and plays a saxophone for a simulated date.
