MemberWith some of the more malevolent (Moreso than the Twisted Samurai) prosecutors in the game, the legal system probably needs a lawyer like Undyne working as a defense attorney.
Also, since both Attorneys (Those who recieve the legal rights of a person) and Prosecutors serve in the court of law, they both qualify as Lawyers.
