There's great evidence to it like how Ralsei is overjoyed when you tell them to keep it: "Really ? Oh I'm so excited !" with a very happy/excited face, and DOES A TWIRL + POSE on their own.
But if you say "Nah bro..." then Ralsei is dissapointed and instantly removes it.
Another few stuff for "Ralsei likes the dress" : They've never used their hands more than when in that dress. They're VERY expressive in it, but they nearly always have their hands behind their back when in their normal clothes.

Also I've been they/them -ing Ralsei because this ch5 has literally a scene where a character hands trans flag colors to them while calling them "Princess" and then the literal narration of the game (Ralsei's title) changes and use gender neutral pronouns. Ralsei is 100% confirmed by text, symbolism, and narration, to be trans in some way (Probably either transfem or genderfluid. But transfem would have bonus narrative importance with the whole "Prince from the dark." + With Ralsei being feminine coded the whole game... I'd say it's likely more transfem.) Fun fact: in the hot spring scene, it's shown Ralsei wears makeup and removes it accidentally (?) with the water.
In short: Ralsei is trans is text and subtext + They clearly REALLY like the dress. Genuinely some of the most overjoyed they are in the entire game so far is with it.

He doesn't mind appearing more masculine by being a butler and wearing the suit, yet at the same time will wear makeup and put on a dress.
Also, to say the game itself confirms his trans identity I think jumps to conclusions far too early. It can be interpreted as a transfem identity making itself known, but knowing Toby Fox, he's just going to continue alluding to it, and not confirm anything, especially seeing how divisive this theory has the community currently.
Most of the narrative strength for this theory comes from his desire to be his own person, and to break free of the prophecy. And honestly, I don't disagree with that. I just think that Ralsei's desire to be his own person, and to do what he wants would translate over to genderfluidity, rather than transfemininity.
