No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

MemberThey were probably just being on the safe side. If you have a flash and don't put a warning on it, you take the chance of somebody jumping down your throat for not doing it. People can be ruthless about that around here.
