I’ll give you the quick course, Hermaphroditism is a very rare but natural mutation that happens in all mammals (including humans), there’s two forms of hermaphrodites:
False and true. False hermaphrodites while being born with both sets of genitalia, but have to get rid of one set due to complications like risks to future health (infertility, disease, etc) or the set in question not being fully formed. Full Hermaphrodites have both sets fully formed out of the womb with no complications. Generally the consensus of what qualifies the gender of the Hermaphrodite (as they can be male with a extra hole or a female with a third leg) is what traits they happen to get over the period of their puberty (whether they naturally produce the normal amounts of estrogen or testosterone that occurs over the 15 years puberty happens).

As for the rarity: 0.001% of humans are false hermaphrodites, 0.000001% are true Hermaphrodites.

As for your question: if they are a true hermaphrodite, its depends on the anatomy of the individual in question, they can pee out of one, the other or both.

I am both slightly relieved and disappointed that she wasn't caught in the act.
But at least now, she will have to try to communicate her desires rather than letting circumstances do the work for her!
