A game from 2009 is considered a "classic" now, huh? Odd.

Well it is 16 years old at this point. 2 more and it can legally drink outside the US.

  • A direct reference to the underrated Divinity II, how I loved that game, the prequels were good (Original Sins), but to date, none continues the pending story of II to complete Damian's arc.

16 years is the same gap of time as between Divinity II from 2009 and the original Doom from 1993.

If it's 16 y/o, it can already buy alcohol (<6%) in Denmark

    ... We're old...

I heard someone talk about the 2000's like its a long forgotten era.
Not just a few ... years ago.

I want you to know you made me look up the timeline and now my head hurts a little. Thanks.

I won't deny that chronology is a real pain. As far as I know, Divinity II is the current timeline in the lore.

"Original Sins 1" is set before Divinity 1, and "Original Sins 2" is set after Divinity 1 and before Divinity 2 (60 years before Divinity II).

Which leaves Damian as the main antagonist of the world in the current lore. Although it seems that the two "Original Sins" have done a retcon in the lore, I have no idea how much the change is, and again, there's that headache.

Well, it seems we might actually get a continuation.
