No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

The arbitration shall be conducted exclusively in the English language, by a single neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA Rules.

She seems to want to get back at Emily for ditching her for the mean girls and ing in on their bullying of her to the pointthat they tied her in a bathroom stall all night, which I can understand, but should I feel bad for her?
In the past she retaliated to the bullying by telling everyone of Emily's grades and calling her an idiot.
She's contributing to this torture that Emily's been put through that she doesn't deserve by blackmailing her with a picture of Emily getting changed.
She must have done something in the past to end up in this "therapy" as well.

She seems to think that this "treatment" is a fitting punishment for Emily, which no.

And about the blackmailing thing, it seems to have been completely abandoned. Emily never "delivered the thing" and Elizabeth just seemed to change plans out of nowhere. Why? It feels like plans just changed to not make Elizabeth look bad.
