Contrary to what the show might lead some to believe, the show can (and does) show non-ace characters having perfectly healthy relationships that aren't always explicitly sexual. Not to mention being Ace doesn't mean they can't form relationships/romantic bonds with people. They just don't lean in too heavily on the sexual aspect of them.
I feel like if the focus of the story were to shift towards Octavia looking for a relationship they'd probably handled it in a tactful & non-explicit way respectful of the character.

MemberI may be a bit biased myself, but I approve of all the amount pansexual representation, especially Queen Bee and Asmodeus. Those two were characters I highly predicted would be pan because of their design and personalties, respectively. Though I will say for Ozzie, he also could've gone any other direction because he is not just the embodiment of lust but he is one of Viv's characters. Nonetheless, the moment I found out about Bee and Ozzie, I was so happy. Plus, bisexual Loona is badass!
