Firstly these guys are huge as far as spiders are concerned growing up to 12 inches in size
Second these fuckers are fast with being noted at covering distances of 1 meter every second
Third they live in Australia because of course they fucking do however unlike everything else in Australia these guys are incredibly timid and on the rare occasion they do bite their venom is completely harmless to humans. Among Australian spiders these guys are your best option for an 8 legged roommate as if you see one of them in your house you probably aren't seeing any other insects because he eats them.

MemberI mean each leg in this instance apart from the two furthest back being used for stability, are functionally just fingers and the average controller grip used by humans uses 6-8 fingers with the pinky and sometimes ring fingers being used for stability, so I'd argue that the playing field I equal, if not disadvantageous for the spider
