MemberThey are immune to acid damage in combat, but the argument can be made that if totally immersed in acid, as in a stomach, the acid will eventually find a way past their acid immune scales and digestion will begin. It doesn’t stand to reason that their entire body is acid proof or else black dragon corpses would lie there forever, possibly not even decaying.
