MemberChica literally runs out of power when you first encounter her and only powers up because she's dumped accidentally into a power cell. She then leaks battery acid for a bit, but it's clear she just wants to do the thing that comforts her, in this case eating, but her body can't even do it anymore, with a literal trash bag hanging in her stomach. She then goes into the women's restroom in Roxy Raceway and powers down.
When you get her new voice box and install it into her, she jumps a moment, says "I smell Pizza!" and then she powers down again, but the trash bag falls out of her, as if indicating she's finally "satisfied".

Characters get completely brand new personalities/souls but retain (more or less) the same name/appearance between games so if you don't follow/dig deep enough into the lore, you fall into the "why is the previous bad guy now a good guy?"-casual trap.
