No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

Leaving her there is just mean, but saves you some embarrassment.
The satisfaction of option 3 would probably not be worthwhile. Who knows, maybe the classmates would be into that.
