No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

MemberBasically whats happened to me MY whole life, i got an N64... in 2001 when the Gamecube came out (i actually wanted a Dreamcast, i don't know what conversation went on between my dad and the guy at Electronics Boutique but i ended up with an N64) i got a Wii... in i think it was around 2012, and i got a Switch right before the Switch lite was released (although that was probably for the best considering the whole joycon drift problem)
