So the two guys rig up a plan to just puppet the dead guy through the party. Hijinks ensue.
I may have the few details I did recall wrong, but that's the main plot: Dude dies, gets puppeteered through increasingly unlikely scenes. And that's really all you need to know to understand the memes.
