MemberIt would not surprise me if there was an intentional subtle difference, but it could also just be for the 'bit' in the story, not something meant for the reader to be able to tell.
Looking back at their various images nothing consistent seems to jump out. I was also thinking that it could be the ear pose, but in many pieces their ears are the same. Annoyingly Sefeiren hasn't publicly shared a model sheet for the twins, at least that I could find.

Memberalright well it's hard for us to see the distinct difference between the girls except for gunter here the only other thing i could think of is their walking style and standing pose but watching their way of walking is impossible and their pose while walking could be seen but it would be diffecult as we can't see both sides if they walk beside eachother

MemberThing is, i believe Gunter could tell which was which by their actions from what I've seen. If lily is the one on the right side this whole time, shes been the one fixing Gunters door, going through/restacking the papers and such, while Lilith is the one hounding him for questions more. I think its a little gap in their personalities. One of them immediatly starting fixing or cleaning up their mess they made, while the other wantes details or pushed for more sex immediately.
Edit: After looking back at all the pages too... The one on the left (lilith) was always the one initiating the raunchy questions/statements while the one on the right (lily) follows up those statements somewhat like a yesman trying to help the argument to make Gunter agree.
