MemberThe resolution is so large that it isn't viewable on a 1920x1080 monitor. Normally the e621 resize scaler does a pretty good job, but when you reduce an image by such a large percentage artifacts are going to happen.
Most people probably think these are done in MS-Paint because of the hard jagged lines on resize.
