No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

This is weird. Not bad, just weird.

There's an age-old saying: "It's a 2-dog night out there!" Dogs have a higher body temperature than humans do. That figure of speech meant that it was incredibly cold outside and that you intended to sleep with a dog on either side of you to help you keep warm. I'm assuming that '3-dog night' is a play on that but also is a pun on 'hot dog' somehow.
