No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

But either way, have you heard of free use? Why do you think movie posters, screenshots and clips, and clips of music can be ed on wikipedia so long as the owners are credited?
