    Okay, new theory. The twins have the power of hypnosis, they just don't realize it (see page 8 of CLW1). They're more powerful together, which is why Dick was so willing to fuck them within seconds of meeting, before they even knew each other's names. It's also why he forgot about them later; the spell wore off.

    Now, I know what you're thinking. What about Cato and Reik? They the twins! Well, Cato only had to deal with one of the twins, and that was after he got knocked out, so he was only at half power. And if you look in CLW2, when Cato is singing, most of the crowd is paying more attention to Arno than Cato even before he faints. Reik happened only a day or so later, so Arno was still recovering and Reik didn't receive the full hypnosis blast. Daddy (Erik) is clearly versed in mystical arts already, and that's why the hypnosis didn't work on him at the bar. But he's obviously interested in Celio anyway, so it doesn't matter.
