The simple act of deleting a comment (especially an early one like number 8) means that this comment thread will never be truly stable. For instance, when I originally posted my comment stating that it was comment 71, it was in fact comment 71, now it has shifted to comment number 69 (nice). As of the time of typing this comment it is comment number 83, but due to deletions, edits, and the possibility of hidden comments due to settings, I doubt it will stay the same for everyone/long.
