No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

Her asking Drax for permission as if he was a pet was probably infinitely worse than actually trying to pet him. I'd be surprised if he didn't hear that with those ears.
