Water under the Burrows ch. 2 cont.

AKA “the meme page”. I don’t always get on meme bandwagons, but when I do, I do it like 2 months late.

Yes pyrophoricitee this was my plan all along.

Zootopia is obviously copyright to Gisnep, but I’ve referenced (or straight-up traced) a couple of Lord Byron’s concept sketches in this one, so… Savage Seas and the other one are copyright to Byron Howard, esq. I am not worthy to copy from his shit, but I still do.

Water under the Burrows is the comic sequel to Water under the Bridge, go read it if you haven’t already!

If you think sleep is a waste of time, and would like that I spend more hours everyday drawing dank memes, please do consider doing your part to keep me caffeinated by clicking this link!

A big THANK YOU to those that already donated! I wish I could give each of you a sloppy coffee-breath kiss!

My favorite game in this comic has become "find the stowaway rabbit kit". Cause there's always on where he shouldn't be (especially around Nick XD)

For all the Zootopia and Mead lovers, this has been one of the greatest 'Easter-Egg/Meme' cartoons I've seen.
So many great references to the fandoms.
Mead loves his audience, and WE love him

So Nick is faking like he can fix the tractor? Cause not only is he holding jumper cables like he is gonna attach them to another part of the tractor, but he is also letting the ends touch which will cause the battery to burst into flame.

Also, the is a bridge with water going under it...roll credits

jump starting the tractor with a tazer, hope its the 850. I prefer that one myself. good one!

I was thinking he is holding some kind of small portable jump box/battery that he attached the jumper cables to, but if it IS actually a taser that's incredibly hilarious (and also quite useless).

I will stick with the portable jumper box theory though because in my mind Nick is clever enough to know that jump starting a car with a taser will not work.

I just happened to be re-reading 'Water Under the Bridge', and the bags are probably marked 'OMNI GREEN' part of the food source used to attempt the water poisoning
Still wondering if there is a deep and meaningful story behind the tractor in the first ..?

That is a tazer....wonder if that would work

there is a old tractor/ heart-to-heart meeting place for bonnie and her kits in a fanfic called 'judys new life'. although I dont know why they would be attempting to get the thing to move.

It will not. Tasers are designed to have high voltage, but they cannot deliver enough current to crank the starter motor (low current is actually a safeguard against doing lasting damage to the recipient of taser shock).

That said, a lot (if not most) tractors are equipped with hand crank - especially so the older ones - so I am not sure why they would even bother with anything else.

    Fuel glow coil?

Glow plugs still require current on the scale of 10 amps or so, while a taser can only supply milliamps.

Then I guess it falls under "let's try this and see if it works"

More like "things we would never think of trying if we were not so hung over" category :P

I think that the taser issuposed to be the one in the scene where Judy is leaving bunnyburrow which looks kind of powerful.

  • Rather clever use of a taser there, Nick! Probably would fry everything, but a clever thought anyway.

  • Would the tazer work on the tractor since it's a rabbit size tractor so it would be on the smaller scale compared to say a larger mammal type of tractor like the different sizes of cars we see in Zootopia.
