Dropkick is one of the two main antagonists of the live-action Transformers film Bumblebee. He is a blue and gray Decepticon Triple Changer with a slightly bulkier build compared to his partner, Shatter. As a Triple Changer, Dropkick can change between two alternate modes; he transforms into a blue and black 1974 AMC Javelin muscle car for land, and a Bell AH-1 SuperCobra attack helicopter for the air. Unlike Shatter, Dropkick is a "kill first, ask questions never" kind of Decepticon, willing and eager to brutalize his opponents if only for the sheer thrill of bloodshed. He is also not above voicing his annoyance with having to cooperate with humans as per Shatter's plans, preferring murder and wanton destruction to anything else. He especially enjoys killing humans, taking great pleasure in how they "pop", i.e. bursting into a translucent, colorless fluid when shot by his arm cannon.

Along with his partner Shatter, Dropkick sets out on a mission to hunt down the Autobot scout B-127 (a.k.a. Bumblebee) after he is sent to Earth by Optimus Prime following a battle that forced the Autobots to escape from their home planet Cybertron.
