MemberI assume it's because they honestly do not realise that it is upside down, mostly female artists. I usually ignore it but have pointed it out once to an artist before and they were like 'oh shit, you're right!' then went and changed it. Though the head is easiest to notice when it is upside down, I have noticed a few upside down shafts too. (as in the long muscle lump thing running the underside of a dick being shown on top, dont know what its called)
