Description

I'm bored and want to see how many downvotes this gets. This is a commission I did recently.

I'm bored and want to see how many downvotes this gets.

It's not terrible, there's definitely potential here.
Main thing I'd work on improving is making appendages not look skinny and disfigured, such as psyduck's fingers and genitals.
The splotches of color to act as shading or some sort of shine work surprisingly well in a low light situation like this.
Learning how to use a professional art program would also benefit you greatly. Stuff like layers and transparency.
This is all coming from someone who's art skills haven't improved since elementary school, so take it with a grain of salt.

I take anything I can get. Your advice is much appreciated. I don't like to work with effects or layers even though I obviously had to with this image since it's a sequence type of thing. This "painting" as I would like to call it was done in Ibis Paint X using the "digital pen" tool.
Before I used Tux Paint and MS Paint on the laptops I was given. They were really raggedy since my parents don't trustme with higher quality, more expensive products (which is just an ouroboros of cheapness) so I have to use my phone for now. Rest assured, I will look into professional art programs. My eyes are set on learning Krita. I'm a bit of a free software advocate (free as in free speech) and it is one of the few art programs actually approved by the FSF.
I'm hoping to get a Thinkpad X200 tablet laptop for Christmas, since my mom is hopefully generous to pick it among the thre things she allowed me to ask for this year. A lot of my art decisions are influenced by my crummy family, like how I'm doing commissions to move somewhere else. I am confident that I will improve once my mental and physical wellbeing is back to the way it should be.
